Configurator
Which plan fits you
Two questions. We recommend a plan and show the second number too — what the volume will cost you on top of its limits.
How big is your operation?
Two numbers are enough. We pick the plan that covers the volume.
Including language versions on their own domain. The plan has to cover them all — shops cannot be bought separately.
Average over the last three months.
What do you plan to use?
Optional. It sharpens the overage estimate — the plan itself does not change.
Questions about the configurator
Is this price binding?
No, it is a preview. The binding price is the one in the quote: for a custom scope, migration or bespoke integrations we prepare it individually. The preview is there to give you the order of magnitude, not to replace a conversation.
Where does the overage estimate come from?
From the number of orders. One order typically triggers three emails (confirmation, dispatch, delivery) and two automation runs; we count AI credits for half of the orders. These are estimates of ordinary use — that is why we show the breakdown for each figure, so you can redo the maths your way.
Why can I not pick just some modules?
Because we do not sell them separately. Every plan contains the whole system and they differ in volume — the number of shops, orders, emails and credits. That is deliberate: we do not want you deciding which part to do without, only to find out later that you need it.
What happens if I go over a limit?
Nothing shuts down. Orders and usage above the limit are billed at your plan unit rate and we get in touch about a better-suited plan. Emails and AI credits can also be bought in advance in packs, which is cheaper.
