Features

What MitoOps does

Orders, stock, shipping, finance and communication in one system — from the first order to the final result.

Many shops, one account

The system is built from the ground up for several shops, markets and currencies at once. The market switch is global — it works the same in stock, orders and reports. Every customer gets a separate database.

  • Several shops and domains on one account
  • Markets with their own language, currency and rates
  • A separate database per customer
  • Interface in eleven languages

Stock that does not drift

Every movement records its origin — a sale, a manual edit, or automatic reconciliation between shops. When a discrepancy appears, you can trace when and how it arose.

  • Products with variants, EAN and HS codes
  • Movement history with exact origin classification
  • Minimum levels and warnings before selling out
  • Prices and identifiers written back to the shop

Shipping without switching portals

Packing, label, pickup and tracking from one interface. Items are ticked off by scanning — with a scanner or a phone camera. A shipment has one understandable status regardless of what the carrier calls it.

  • 8 carriers connected, more being added
  • Bulk label printing
  • Unified tracking across carriers
  • EAN and QR scanning with a phone camera
  • Phone as a wireless scanner for the computer

Rules take over the repetitive work

A rule has a trigger, conditions and actions. Set once, it runs from then on — including things that happen later, like a reminder three days after an unpaid order.

  • Triggers on orders and shipments
  • Delayed actions (in an hour, in three days)
  • Ready-made templates you switch on with one click
  • A record of what each rule did and when

Numbers that add up

Metrics are calculated from actual orders, not estimates. A report can be generated at any time and always looks the same.

  • Configurable metrics on the home screen
  • Revenue, VAT and margin from real orders
  • Monthly and custom reports (spreadsheet, document, PDF)
  • Connection to traffic and search measurement

Security as a premise, not an add-on

Shop and carrier credentials are stored encrypted and the interface never shows them again after saving. Operator support can only enter a customer space through an audited session with a stated reason.

  • A separate database per customer
  • Roles and custom permissions at action level
  • Encrypted credentials that are never shown again
  • A record of every support entry into a customer space

API & MCP: one layer for custom integrations and AI

The same normalised data you see in the app is readable by your program over a REST API and by an AI assistant over MCP. Claude.ai connects over OAuth with no keys to copy. REST is read-only; MCP reads and, behind sensitive scopes you tick, proposes a disabled automation draft, creates a discount coupon from your parameters or manages the affiliate programme; both respect the permissions of the person who approved the access.

  • Orders, products, stock, shipments, analytics and reports through one interface
  • REST API with an OpenAPI contract and an MCP server for AI assistants
  • OAuth for Claude.ai with scopes and stores chosen on the consent screen
  • Read-only REST; MCP never changes orders, stock, products or documents. It writes three things, each behind its own sensitive scope with your consent: a disabled automation draft; a discount coupon from the parameters you give it (including an affiliate partner coupon — creation never overwrites an existing one, update and deletion go through a preview and confirmation, and deletion has its own scope); and affiliate programme management — partner account approval, portal texts and help articles, e-mail templates, campaigns and document policy; commissions and payouts stay with you
  • Available from the Start plan

This is what it looks like inside

Real screens from the system, not illustrations. The data in the screenshots is sample data — names and orders are made up, the system is real.

A whole morning in a few sentences

An assistant that also sees your inbox, calendar and files

It summarises unread mail, drafts a reply straight into Gmail, proposes answers to reviews and writes your revenue into a new Google Sheet. It never sends an e-mail on its own and never publishes a review reply until you confirm it.

Inbox cleared without a desktop

Morning inbox cleared from your phone

The same assistant on mobile. You skim what came in overnight, confirm two orders on the spot and leave the rest for the desk. Without opening your mailbox.

No portal hopping

Orders from every market in one list

One view for all your shops — status, carrier and tracking number without switching accounts and portals.

Nothing packed blind

Packing with item verification

Item checks while packing and label printing in one place — a mistake is caught at the desk, not at the customer.

No scanners to buy

Packing with a phone instead of a scanner

The picker scans an item with the camera, sees green or red, and the label comes out of the printer. No computer needed at the packing bench.

No scanner to buy

The phone is the wireless scanner

A QR code appears on the monitor, the picker reads it with their phone, and from then on they scan at the shelf — items are ticked off and beep on the computer. No install, no pairing and no signing in on the phone.

Rules run themselves

Build automations yourself

A rule editor of the form "when this happens, do that" over orders and shipments, with ready-made templates for common cases.

Deadlines never slip

Claims with deadlines, not in email

Every case has a status, a deadline and a step history. The module is live in production and available by plan; claims statistics can be read by your program over the API or by AI over MCP.

Commission matches reality

Affiliate built on real orders

Partner commissions are calculated from orders in the system, not from hand-stitched exports.

Copy in minutes, not days

Product card with the AI copywriter

The AI drafts the name and meta description, you confirm them, and the system writes them to every shop at once.

Answers from your own data

An AI assistant over your data

Answers from orders, stock and statistics — it sees only what the signed-in user is allowed to see.

An answer anywhere in the warehouse

Ask on your way out of the warehouse

How many units are left, which order is stuck, what the carrier promised. You ask out loud, the answer comes from your own data — no walking back to the desk.

Work starts without searching

A notification that opens the work itself

An order arrives, moves to the ready-to-pack state and the picker gets a notification on their phone. One tap lands them in the packing queue — not in a list where they would have to search for it.

Answers at midnight too

A public chatbot for your shop

Answers customers on your website from the shop's public content — never from orders or personal data.

What you can connect to MitoOps

A growing range of apps you connect yourself — no developer, no waiting on us.

E-commerce platforms 4

Where orders, products and stock come from. Several shops at once, each with its own market and currency.

  • Shoptet
  • WooCommerce (Wordpress)
  • Shopify coming soon
  • PrestaShop coming soon
Accounting 2

Invoices and documents reach your accounting on their own — you only approve them.

  • KROS Fakturácia
  • KROS Digitálna kancelária
Banks and payments 2

Payments match orders from the statement, not by eye.

  • Fio banka
  • BTCPay Server
Language models 4

Your own key or ours — the AI modules run on whichever you pick.

  • OpenRouter
  • OpenAI (ChatGPT API)
  • Anthropic (Claude API)
  • Google Gemini
Work tools 5

Mail, documents and calendar where the system actually works with them.

You connect these for your team: the internal AI assistant can handle e-mails, reply to reviews, draft a document or spreadsheet and work directly with your shop data on your behalf — always only as far as you allow it.

  • Gmail
  • Google Drive
  • Google Kalendár
  • Google Docs
  • Google Sheets

Missing something? Tell us — a connector is a new entry, not a rebuild of the system.

You can read your data outside MitoOps too: your own program over the REST API, an AI assistant (Claude.ai) over MCP with OAuth; signed webhooks push events to you. Read-only REST, an MCP that reads and, behind sensitive scopes you tick, proposes disabled automation drafts, creates discount coupons or manages the affiliate programme. From the Start plan.
