AI is billed in credits

No tokens, no API call prices. Credits are shared across the public chatbot, the internal assistant and the copywriter — you decide where to spend them.

Monthly credits from your plan renew every billing period and do not carry over. They are used before purchased credits. Purchased credits are valid for 12 months.

When both your monthly credits and any purchased packs run out, we do not switch AI off — anything beyond them is billed at your plan’s rate: €0,007 to €0,012 per credit. A pack bought in advance is cheaper.

Indicative figures for an ordinary message. A very large context — long custom instructions and a big knowledge base — counts as several messages, because the model has to read more. Before a more expensive operation the interface shows an estimate; we warn you as the balance runs low.

They renew every billing period. For most operations they are enough without buying more.

What happens when you exceed a limit

Nothing shuts down. We warn at 70 and 90 per cent, tell you at a hundred, bill the overage — and get in touch about a better-suited plan.

Orders

Orders above the limit are billed at your plan’s unit rate. The operation keeps running — stopping a shop in its best week of the year is the surest way to lose it.

Email

Every plan comes with a monthly email quota. Above it you can buy a pack IN ADVANCE — 1 000 emails for €5 — which is the cheapest option. Anything sent beyond the quota and the purchased packs is billed at your plan’s rate: €0,008 to €0,020 per email, the higher the plan the lower the rate. From the Start plan up you can connect your own SMTP, and then we bill no email at all.

Automation runs

AI steps and emails are billed through their own units, not a second time here.

Every plan contains the whole system — these are not modules you assemble and top up. What differs between plans is the volume of traffic and the limits, not what is unlocked. If you are unsure which one fits, the configurator will recommend it from your number of shops and orders.

Pricing questions

What happens if I exceed the order limit?
Nothing shuts down. Orders above the limit are billed at the unit rate shown with your plan. We warn at 70 and 90 per cent; if the overage becomes permanent, we get in touch about a better-suited plan.
Why is AI billed in credits rather than a flat fee?
A flat fee would either overcharge a small operation or deny a large one the better model. A credit is a unit you understand — you see the balance, the consumption and what a typical action costs. We do not show tokens or API call prices because they tell you nothing about your decision.
Do unused AI credits carry over?
Monthly credits from your plan do not — they renew each period. Purchased credits do: they are valid for 12 months and are used only after the monthly ones.
Can I change plans?
At any time, in both directions. The change takes effect from the next period.
Is the trial really card-free?
Yes. We ask for a card only once you decide to continue. The trial has limits but is genuinely usable — it is not a guided tour.
What if I need only some modules?
The system can be assembled module by module. Tell us what you need and we will put a set-up together — for a comparable scope a ready-made plan usually works out cheaper.
